Operations Manager Interview

There are people who deserve to become managers, and Mr. Carl Escolar is one of them. He just had his interview for the Operations Manager position today. A lot of people specially those who has been under him are praying that he becomes the new OM for the Xbox Manila Account. He was intervied by Mr. Edson Gozo the director of the Xbox Manila Account.

When asked by friends how the interview went, he said "I talked too much during the interview...".
