Here are a few tips for aspiring [Asian] agents I hope this helps.

1. Dress up when applying for a job [any job for the matter]

2. Don't be late for your interview or exam,

being late gives the interviewer an impression that you are not reliable.

So don't be late. Be at the call center at least 15 or 30 minutes before the allotted time.

3. Apply to as many call centers as you can.

4. Practice your English. The only way to learn English is to practice,

practice and practice. Find a friend or relative you could practice with,

and you will surely be speaking dollars in no time.

5. Smile, even if you have to fake it. It will give a good impression to the interviewer.

6. Don't give one liner answers when you are being interviewed.

You are being asked a lot of questions so that the interviewer

can determine what kind person you are.

The interviewer also wants to know if you can speak English fluently.

7. Lastly, Pray that you get the job.
