I found a great link to where you could find great free autoresponders,

Yes it's totally free!

I personally use Memo to Me I configured it to send me birthday reminders

and other events

If I could only figure out how to send my blog entries to my blogsite it would be great

but for now I just have an automated email that sends me reminders to update my blog

You could use this to remind you to update your blog as well.
