How to Avoid Adsense Click Fraud [7 Steps to a Spotless Adsense Money]

by: Oliver Villaverde

There are legitimate ways to promote and get Adsense money. I will give you an outline below for you not to employ Adsense click fraud. Doing it right all the way is the only way to go. You might think that Google can not detect that you are asking people to click on your Google Adsense, think again. Remember that Google is a search engine and one of the best one around. So before you ask people to click on your ads think twice. It's both morally and commercially illegal.

1. Do not ask your relatives, friends, co-workers, girl friend or boy friend to click on your Text Ads or Image Ads for you to get Adsense money quickly and easily if you do it, is considered Adsense click fraud.

2. Asking people to click on your Google ads when you log in to forums is illegal. I suggest you read the Google Adsense Terms of Service it will give you a clear vision of what you should do and not do with your Google Ads. Your Adsense money should not come from this kind of solicitation do not succumb to Adsense click fraud like a lot of people other wise your site might get suspended.

3. More about forums. When you set your signature in forums you may put the URL of your blog but you may not ask people to click on the Google ads. Deliberately asking for clicks is a definite no. Your Adsense money clicks should come from valid inquiries otherwise you are committing Adsense click fraud.

4. Blog entries should not contain solicitation to click your Google Ads either. If it sounds like solicitation don't use it that's the rule of thumb. It's better to be safe than sorry as they say. I have to admit I was tempted to ask for "Adsense money" clicks when I first started out with my blog which is http://www.getpaidtoblog.tk/ but I did not pursue it, "Adsense click fraud" would mean disaster for your web marketing efforts.

5. Your email signatures should also not include phrases asking people to help you with your ads. But you can always and must put the URL of your websites on your email signatures I always include http://www.callcenterjob.tk/ on my email signatures, it helps generate Adsense money and does not make use of Adsense click fraud techniques.

6. An image pointing to your ads and enticing users to click on the ads is another way of faking your clicks. Do no go out of your way to do this because Google hate those kinds of tricks to get your website or blog visitors to click. I've seen some sites with pointers and images directing the site visitors to the ads, not only does it look silly it's considered as Adsense click fraud, you may at first get Adsense money doing this but in the long run it will ruin your site and your revenue stream so stay away from this kind of trick.

7. Putting only Google Adsense on your website or blogs is another sure fire way to lose money, if you do this people might think that your site is a dead site and if Google finds out that you are only showing Google ads to create Google Adsense money they might just ban your web site or blog.

It's easy to commit Adsense click fraud if you do not know the rules and the guidelines, I suggest that you read Google's guidelines and keep these suggestions handy for easy reference.

Good advice. I think the safest way of avoiding click fraud is just to avoid mentioning your AdSense ads to anyone. Also very important to use the preview tool when working on your ads - you don't want to accidentally click them. Prevention is much better than cure - if you get banned you have almost no chance of being allowed back in to the program.
