Blogging as a form of therapy

If you're angry
blog it
write it down
it's a form
of therapy
psychologists
suggest
to write down
angry thoughts.
But not just
angry thoughts
but all or anything
that you think about
or everything
that happens
in your life
in order to release
tension, stress,
fear, hatred
and just about
anything that's
bothering you.
So blog it,
write it down
post it on your blog.
