Blogging for profit TIPs

Sometimes no matter what you do, your blog doesn't seem to perform the way you want it, and your not getting the number of hits you are aiming for.

Don't worry you are not alone, thousands, or probably millions of blogs are not getting any hits. Not because the blog owners are not posting any new entries on their blogs but it's because people are not searching for the keywords on their blog or their blog is not searched by search engines, or your blog is not interesting enough for people to read.

Here are some things you might want to do with your blog:

• Instead of using just one keyword for your blog entries use 2 to 3 words for your your keywords. And spread it through your blog posting.
  
  
• Write at least 200 words per post.
  
  
• Blog regularly, if you used to put blog posts every week try posting everyday. Because if you post everyday your readers will have a reason to visit you at least once a day and they will be looking forward to your every post.
  
  
• Post useful and informative entries on your blog. The more you post valid and useful information on your blog the more people will read it. So make it a point to write only good stuff on you blog.
  
  
• Include relevant pictures on your blog, pictures will make your posts more interesting. A lot of people look at pictures first before they read the blog entries.
  
  
• Add a subscription or an RSS feed to your blog , so that more people could read your blog.
